The result of the first day of work by the Krasnodar Region delegation to the Cityscape Dubai 2008 international exhibition of commercial real estate was the signing of five investment agreements to a total value of ?370 million.

In accordance with the signed agreements, the Korston Development company will invest ?130.5 million in construction of a hotel and recreation facility in Azov City.  The company Royal Time also intends to take part in construction and subsequent operation of gaming establishments with an investment of ?5 million.  Tuapse-Yuzhnii Port will invest ?133.3 million in construction of the Southern Freight Port.  The Austrian company ERCO Lighting GmbH is to invest ?100 million in a project to supply the architectural and construction sphere in Krasnodar Region with modern high-quality materials, equipment and technology in the field of managed dynamic external and internal lighting.  The M-Industriya company will invest ?1 million in developing a territorial planning project in the region of the Malii Akhun mountains.
